i had such an amazing experience! the free sweets were a good surprise. the complimentary mulled wine and drink at the bar added a festive touch, i loved it!!! also, the christmas gift with cookies, chocolate, and toiletries was so thoughtful.
i noticed a slight lack of drawers in my room. the shower layout caused some minor water spillage onto the floor.
